Got a couple questions, how long does it take to process/ship out an order? Is there a tracking # provided? I placed the order yesterday morning btw.

Great question. Our internal goal is to ship orders within 1 business day. We state on our website and over the phone "You should expect to see your order within 7-10 business days." Under normal circumstances many people may receive their order even faster, but we prefer to under promise and over deliver. This also helps cushion high expectations when issues such as: damaged boxes, holiday weekends, back orders etc. arise. If you get your order in 3 days we are thrilled, but we can make no promises that will always be the case.
To answer your second question, "yes". Unless there is an unforeseen issue with our computer system or warehouse there should be a tracking number within 1-2 days. These tracking #'s are not available until a few hours after the order has shipped and the info is uploaded into our system.
I apologize if you were not looking for a lengthy answer and were primarily just concerned about your order specifically. If you will contact me directly with your personal information I will be happy to look up your order and share the status with you. Aside from a back order situation it will probably ship today.Brian Hann

umm corrently tracking shipments are down. as i got my products today and still they are saying not shipped. also speed detialer is on back order as it was missing from my order. but the guy on the customer service line told me they will get to me as soon as it comes in
