Missing item in order

I have sent you guys an email about this already and I am in no way complaining, because I thought the order would not get to me until after Christmas. To my surprise it arrived today (12/24/2007). I received all my items except one- G14422 ultimate quick detailer. I just wanted to know if this item was forgotten or is not available right now. Either way I am was not expecting it until January so I will happily wait.

I think you don't have to worry about anything Meguiar's has very good customer support.

Just wait for one of the guys from Meguiar's to chime in.

I sent a letter to customer support and they responded that it was out of stock and would be shipped out in January. My missing item was the consumer level clay bar kit for my dad. Was hoping to have it for him by Dec 6.... oh well
