I would like to thanks the customer service in US and Canada regarding the defect of my Ultra Safe Wheel Brush (X-1160) which I bought sometimes ago this year.
I emailed and explained the problems to Meguiar's USA on Tuesday, and I received the call from them on Wednesday. They re-directed my concerns / problems to Meguiar's Canada at the same day. I received the call from Michelle of Meguiar's Canada and I received a new replacement by mail on Thursday.
It is hard to find a company that backups their product nowaday.
Quick service and excellent customer service.
