    Online purchases for international customers

    Can I ask why international customers are unable to purchase products online from Megs US?

    It would be great if we could as there are quite a lot of things we are unable to get and I'm not talking about electrical items.

    One of the reasons is because of the shipping costs and reliability to get products to our customers. Another reason is to support our distributors who invest in the time and money to bring our products into their country, set up a warehouse, employe staff, etc. etc., etc.,

    Maybe Customer Care or Marketing can chime in and add more...

      You are probably right Mike, but its very annoying to find out that we can't get certain products here. Surely it would make sense to make available online, those products that we can't get here, that way the distributors aren't losing as they don't sell it anyway.

      If there was enough interest in some of those products through online purchase they could then look at stocking them locally.
