    Hey guys,

    FYI....we've received two different bottles of Gold Class vinyl/rubber protectant and both of them had the neck of the bottle crushed downward, which allowed liquid to leak out. Customer care was understanding enough to send out a replacement bottle, but you may want to check into this and see if the spray bottles being used are strong enough for shipping. It could be coincidence and FedEX was to blame for both occurances, but who knows.....

    The embarrasing part is that I received the Gold Class Collection as a gift (shipped to my house in CA) and called the first time to report the leaking bottle. That product is messy and got on some of the micro fiber towels as well as the wax applicators. Then, the replacement bottle was shipped to Texas (the gift giver) in a wet box (FedEx screw up) and leaked on the porch of their house for the duration of that day. I'm sure this is going to happen from time to time, but curious why it happened twice in a row. We'll see when and where the third bottle ends up. Needless to say, I was still excited to receive such a gift. I enjoy using the Meguiars brand.
