Does my #26 look alright?

I've had this can for about a year now, and it has always been stored in a climate-controlled environment and away from direct heat.



Is it normal for the wax to crumble and feel soft to the touch?

This is not normal, but I have seen it a few times in my years here. We are not aware of any widespread consistency issues with this product. You had used it successfully before so it's difficult to say exactly why this happened. Yes, our first guess would be time, and extreme temperatures; however you have ruled that out.

Regardless, we would be happy to send a replacement can right out. What you have is not harmful, but I would guess it may be difficult to apply and remove. Please give our Customer Care Center a call and mention this post. Any of our guys will be happy to take your info and send you a brand new can. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I dunno, that looks fine to me, just apply some pressure in the jar with your applicator and it should smooth out some, but it doesn't really matter it should still saturate the applicator.

I personally would do the same thing. It doesn't look too bad. If it is too crumbly or difficult to remove please don't hesitate to take us up on our offer.

Thats what my can looks like also. It seems to work fine though.
