    I placed an order on June 22 during a detail day and still have not received the order. I did get a shipment email from Fedex, but it shows that the shipment was returned for some reason (not explained in the shipment tracking). I have been patient, thinking that a replacement would be shipped, but nothing to date.

    Can someone check into this?

          Keith,

          I just left you a voice mail, but in case you check the Forum first I have investigated your recent order issue. Unfortunately FedEx damaged it in shipment without notifying us or even sending the box back to us. I am glad you contacted us because we would have never known there was a problem.

          I have made a replacement order to ship from our Irvine warehouse that should arrive to you withing the next couple of days.
