Just seeing if anyone else has had a tube of ScratchX break open at the heat weld at the top of the tube. One of my tubes busted open. Wasn't impact related, I had it in a bag with a couple Ultimate Wipes and foam applicators to touch up a buddies scratches at work, when I got to work the top of the tube at the heat weld was cracked and there was ScratchX all over the inside of the bag. Just thought that I would post so that others could ensure that thiers are in good shape. I will get his scratches done tommorow, I have a couple more tubes at home.

Let me be the first to apologize for the problem that you are having with one of our bottles. We base our company and reputation around quality products and want to assure you that we will do everything possible to make you happy. This is a very uncommon complain with the ScratchX Tube. We get thousands of calls a week and we rarely hear of the ScratchX tube having any problems.
