    Just wanted to let you know I truly appreciate the urgency of service that you showed by taking care of a item that was out of stock with my first order. You shipped the same day I inquired, and will be here Monday. The UPS tracking service is great! Again. I appreciate the great service. I will be a customer for a long time! Sincerely, Steve
