W-0004 tearing

i have quite a few W-0004 but I just had one tear. I have not washed it or dryed it. I was using it with some gold class paste and it tore even though there was nothing sharp not going to bother calling customer service because its only one and it would cost too much to ship

Not sure what to tell you except that they are soft foam
