Help, I am lightly confused.

So I am trying to find a way to put some liquid on my interior plastics, but still not quite sure which one.

Will Plastx do? And will it work on tires too?

i use some brand called "3D" but it seems to fade out extremely fast.

What exactly are you trying to do to your interior? PlastX is more for healing scratches in plastic. If you're just trying to detail your dash then use Quik Interior Detailer. My favorite is G4016 Supreme Shine Protectant. It shines the dash like new without give it that over greasy look.

I wouldn't use it on the tires.

PlastX is for removing scratches from clear plastic.

I think you want to look at something like the Ultimate Protectant for your interior.

There are a lot more choices for tires, I like the Insane Shine Trigger spray, but some people like the different gel products. I am sure they will chime in with options.

First, give the interior a good cleaning. You can use a mild all purpose cleaner. Then get a interior protectorant. The ultimate protectorant would be a great choice.

For tires, get a tire shine product. Again give them a good cleaning, then apply tire dressing. I like using hot shine tire spray.

I personally prefer the natural shine product. It gives a nice "new car look" but without what I consider to be an overly greasy fake plastic look. But, it's all personal preference. For as inexpensive as the products are pick up natural and supreme shine and try both and see what suits you best.

Oh and in my opinion it really doesn't matter which product you pick as long as your protecting it.

Couldn't agree more about Ultimate Protectant, I love the stuff! Since it's a gel applied with an applicator, there is no over-spray on the windshield, gauges, and stereo controls. It really leaves a nice non-greasy finish that holds up well, inside and outside the car. As for tires, I prefer gels over spray-ons. It's probably psychological, but I feel that gels hold up longer.
