Help please on product and method - Swirls and scratches

Back ground - Red 2013 picanto, washed every week or two weeks depending on rain, birds etc. Daily driver and car sits in the sun 24/7 ( one of the reasons I try to take so much care of it). Its 1 year old with a clear coat and from reading here guess it has soft paint.Recently noticed swirls and just last week scratches with no idea what caused it. Also has a nick/gouge from a rock/weedwacker altercation...and I moved the car before the wacking...sigh. Wax is done every 2 months at least. attaching pics of products used and what needs correcting. Apologies if this has all been addressed before but can really use the advice. Love the car love the colour and sincerely trying to keep my daily driver protected all round.

Scratch no idea what caused them though.

Swirls and scuffs? from first/only attempt to correct swirls with UC.

Thanks for replying. If you mean products, our Automotive Art store carries the Meguiars line of products DAP, clay bar kit, cleaners polishers, waxes, detailers etc. it's a large Caribbean franchise there is a link to the Meguiars Caribbean page. I can get the stuff if I know what to get. Would love to find a meguiars detailing class here but that I won't get...hint hint come visit us please
