Hello ALL.
on past three days I worked in my daily car using M80/M205/M26
I'm posting here the results. All stages were done by hand since I do not have a DA. Products were applied with finishing, polishing and cutting pads, always attached to a S3HP.
This was the start condition: Notice the scratches, Water spots, cobwebs, overspray, holograming.

After clay, I performed two test spots on the most affected area, the hood. First with M80 with polishing pads ( 8204 ). Of course an improvement were achieved but not sufficient for me. So I decide to upgrade the cutting level by switching the polishing pad to a cutting pad ( 7204 ). I buffed for one minute. The results were not excellent but this was the best ( and strongest ) possible combo, since I do not have any compound. In this stage I was wondering how hard my car's paint is. Altough no haze were noticed, I applied M205 with finishing pad and then the first coat of 26. A second M26 coat were provided 12 hours later.
In Vertical panels such as doors and fenders I used Polishing pads since those surfaces were not so trashed.
Final results, good reflections.

But as I told you before, the results were not excellent and here is a close up. I'm not 100% satisfied but I have to agree this is an improvement.
Close Up: Some defects are still there.

I know there is a possibility to get better results with one or two additional passes or improving tecniques using the same products. But I was very tired to try.
working by hand hurts so much even in a small car.
Regards!
