i wet sanded my car with 1500 grit sandpaper, then up to 2000 grit sandpaper, and i used m105 compound, now what can i do? should i apply meguiar's #9, then wax?

If your satisfied with the results, use your favorite wax.
I've seen pix of M105 finishing so good it just needs a coat of wax.Philippians 2:14 - Do all things without grumbling or questioning,

I saw on another thread you created that you sanded the roof and used M105 by hand to remove the sanding marks.
Maybe it worked for you, you sure had to put lots of passion behind the pad but it could have worked but for the future it's not recommended to wet sand an entire panel and remove the sanding marks by hand.
Just curious, did you evaluate the finish, I mean, did you see the roof from above and up close to see if you have no marks what so ever?

i guess it depends on the paint, like Nappers said, you can go straight to wax. Or you could use a less agressive cleaner polish such as M80 or M09. I bet 205 would be fun to use if you have it.Nick
