I recently bought a pack of microfiber towels, and heard that it is better to wash them first, before using it. Is this true? I had to do something with "breaking-in" the towels.

It is not a official recommendation from Meguiars. However I like to wash all towels wash mitts water magnets before their initial use. You never know what type of stuff has settled on them. I woulds rather be safe then sorry, and create more work for myself.quality creates its own demand -

Washing them twice makes sense to me after all like you said you don't want to make more work for yourself !
