  • Pet hair Removal- shhh dont tell anyone,

Getting rid of pet hair is a %$#^%$#^%$.

I stumbled across this a while ago and it has been my trade secret. For the first time ever I am sharing this.

Here is my 5 step process.

    1. Get yourself a rubber DISH glove(normally bright yellow).
    2. Put on Glove
    3. Rub gloved hand over hair covered area in a sweeping motion.
    4. Throw away all hair that has stuck to the glove
5 Repeat until no more hair.

Please if you find this useful, I accept Donations

    shhhhh
    Thanks!

Nice tip! Pet hair brushes work very nicely, too.

A damp towel works well, too.

Cotton or microfiber is fine, but microfiber is wicked-quick!

Vacuum the loose hair, wipe the area with the damp towel and the hair pulls from the carpet. Vacuum again. Ta-da!

My one step quickie solution is a lint roller. Also good for canvas soft tops.

Or you can just roll around the inside of the car and have the pet hair transfer to your body!! Lol....It seems I always end up with more hair on me then in the car sometimes!

I have found that the more expensive the suit you're wearing or the less time you have for hair removal when you get someplace, the more effective this technique is

Danny: This is extremely helpful when you have dogs trailing hair up the stairs! Man, they can be hard to clean.... the glove picks it right up! And they are so cheap!

I rolled off about 2-3 feet of strips, pressed the strip onto the soft top.

Worked well. [Cat used the top for a bed, hair appeared to be embedded in tree mist.]

I tried the OP's tip with the yellow glove yesterday- worked great!

A friend does this and it works quite well...... Duct Tape!

Use any method ya want to get the majority of the hair off then, using an old sailors trick...wrap your hand with masking tape (of even duct tape I guess) sticky side up and then PAT all over the area. That should remove even the smallest left over doggie hair.
