Hello all, as you can see this is my first post.
I was in the process of detailing my 2009 Nissan Maxima when my halogen shop light in my garage went out during my application of QD.
The night before I was changing the oil and in doing so, I put on one of those LED camping/biking headlamps that straps around your head. Similar to this one here: Link
It provided great light while under the car removing the oil filter......anyways I decided to put this on to finish my application of QD. I did have some overhead garage lighting on so the headlamp wasn't really needed but I thought I would give it a try anyways.
I know many people use the brinkmann Xeon light for checking paint for swirls when doing paint cleaning/correction, and I notice when I had the headlamp strapped to my head and turned on, I could see some minor swirl marks that the LED headlamp was revealing. It got me thinking, this headlamp would provide direct light in the area you are working hands free.
After having it on for a few minutes, I forgot it was even there and my wife got a nice laugh as I walked into the house with this still on.
