Trim detailer

Hey guys the other I bought the trim detailer and loved it it made the few parts of the outside of my car loke better than new but heres the thing, the day i used it i had time to be really careful when aplying it and yesterday when i washed my girlfriends car which by the way has a lot of black plastic trim i wasnt as careful and the trm detailer wasnt coming off the paint.....
So after that long story my Q is, is there any product that would help me clean the paint after ive waxed the car and gotten some trim detailer on it?

For me, just a quick detailer spray usualy does the trick.
