Just thought I would pass this little tip along, something I learned last weekend.

Closing your vehicles windows all the way prior to a detail/wash prevents your interior from getting wet.

And keeps bird doo out of your interior! Found that out yesterday.

Well not to wet more just damp here and there... saw them before it was to the point of wet. I still like to pass helpful information on to others!

Try waking up at 2:00am to the sound of some serious rain, only to then remember that you left the window down in your work truck parked outside. With no idea of how long it has been raining like this, you quickly throw on some clothes, grab some towels, and head outside to get drenched while trying to sop up your drenched interior. Now that's wet!

Might as well grab some interior cleaner and start getting to work. One time I forgot to roll up my passanger side window on my old car and just started washing. By the time I realized what was going on, my whole right front side of the interior had a nice shiney coat of H2O. Darn tinted windows...

I was referring to the lid (solid) as opposed to the seat with the hole...

Also remember to check your windows arent cracked open (I do it to keep the heat out). I thought all mine were closed since the windows were touching the seals (Subies don't have window frames, see), and opened my doors to find all my seats wet...

As for making sure the lid is up, also remember that just because you hear water on water, it doesn't mean you've found the toilet.
