I found this site while surfing the web.

    pwmall.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=136

This company sells various PW attachments and probably can help you answer questions and finding FG which will work on other PW brands.

Tom after you sprayed the vehicle with the foamer and washed the paint surface with the wash mitt, what setting on the Vario Lance attachment do you rinse low pressure rinse or high pressure rinse?

          Hey George Wax,
Not sure what you mean by the Vario Lance attachment, but I rinse it on low pressurewith my Karcher. I only use high pressure on the wheels and wheel wells.

I have a foam attachment for my black and decker powerwasher. The end looks idential but that handle is a bit different. It works ok foamwise but it eats soap faster than I can handle. I bought a gilmour foam gun that goes on the end of a regular hose and get way more foam using a lot less soap. It also does not fill the soap container with water. I'd say I use about 3 or 4 ounces where I used to use 10, and I get more foam.

Tom, I actually think the High Pressure setting is not that strong like that of gas pressure washers. However, I will go ahead and rinse the next time on the low pressure rinse setting on the Vario Spray Wand. For some reason I alway's end up using the High Pressure Max setting. For reference purposes I have the Karcher Model K 3.86 M and love it no problems what so ever. Max pressure is 1750 PSI 1.5 GPM....I can't wait to try the foamer attachement with Gold Class car wash.

I do allot with out my pressure washer, recently adapted to my regimine was accomplishing the same thing by use of a chemical sprayer like the ones at Wal-Mart for $8.89. I got the kind that has the pump and small spray hose 1 gal unit. I pour a few ounces of Car Wash in it with the rest water and pump the thing up a few times and your ready to hose the hole car with soapy water instead of weed killer. It worked so good and was tired of waring out my fingers with my squirt bottles on tires etc... I got a 2 gallon unit with part APC and the rest water for doing tires, engine compartments, gas filler, and even carpet/interior presoaking. As you can tell I love it. Probably going for another one soon to just put rinse water in to rinse off rags and my wash gloves with. They supply just enough pressure to clean these pretty good. I think my 2 gallon unit was on sale for 12.00 at local hardware store.

What you really need to get great foam is a proper foam lance, you get a much thicker foam, that also clings longer, helping to clean better:

It's called the 'Autobrite foam lance' and it uses a specially designed shampoo in it called Super Snow Foam ( I wonder why lol).
The shampoo wont strip LSPs, but will lift dirt.

Didnt want to break any rules so PM'd you guys with more info

I'm sure a few days on Google and you should be able too.

Might be worth emailing that company and trying to find their supplier (they're a wholesaler and wouldnt tell me who their supplier was )

gb387, this particular unit is made by Karcher for the Karcher units. It has a quick connect like the different nozzles you use on the Karcher units.

I am unaware if you can use them on something else, but I would be willing to bet someone else makes something similar.

Nice little device, especially for winter washing.

I have the Karcher K3.86 model I believe, 1750 psi electric. I'm on my 3rd pressure washer in 2 years, but this last one I have seems to be holding up pretty well. Check out this thread...
