    It's a DA sander that hooks up to a hose and feeds water through the sander. It doesn't say how long the throws on it are though. There's a finishing sander I found with 3/32nds throw but there's no water feed.

      I've used a pneumatic DA sander for wet sanding but not with a water feed.

      It's preferable to use a diluted soap solution for sanding rather than straight water. If you wanted to do that you'd have to rig the supply with a reservoir or inline mixer.

      I would guess that most users of such tools are in production environments and don't bother with the soap, either compensating in other processes or just accepting the results.
