Color Sanding Bright Work on a 1927 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost

I have a client who wanted to remove some of the pitting on the front of his radiator on his 1927 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost. I tried all the abrasives and metal polishes in my arsenal with no luck, so I sanded it with 1200 unigrit, then polished it with a micro fiber cutting disc and some M-105. I was scared at first but the results though not perfect were impressive.

Its hard to tell from the photo but its actually brass. I have to be honest I was a little worried but the owner said go for it.

Sounds like you have a really good relationship with your customer (no surprise there) that he would tell you to go for it. Great stuff!
