Questions about painting

Hello MOL, im a newbie at painting so can ya give me a guideline on how to go about painting?
I know I would have to wet-sand it, then compound. But the actual painting process is what i need help on lol

In all honesty, you might want to seek out a painting forum - not a lot of hard core painters here, and painting is a whole different art than detailing is. Once you get all that figured out, though, come on back here and we'll help you get your new paint job looking it's best!!
