  • How long does a sheet last?

How long does a single sheet of the wet/dry paper last? When I say last, I mean how many cars or how much of a car, etc., can you do. ADS sells them in single sheets, so kinda wondering how many cars you can do before needing a new sheet.

    Hard to say.

Depends on your pressure, the lubricity of your sanding, and how long the paper has been soaked. Also, one piece of sandpaper is usually folded to accommodate the sanding block. The sides that are folded is virtually not used when the sanding side is depleted.

To me, I prefer sanding power over cost effectiveness. I usually discard my paper after it is at about 50% efficiency. And that is usually half a hood, one fender, etc...
