    Is it possible to wet sand non clear coat finishes. Any suggestions on how to, tips, tricks, product suggestions. Please HELP!!!

    yes you can.

    I'd suggest using 2000 grit paper to remove the defects, or 1500 at max if the peel is very heavy. then proceed to your normal buffing process (compound, polish, re polish if you want a flawless finish and wax)
