  • Need suggestions on Makita BO6040

    Guys!!
I cannot get PC over in my country. But I could possibly get Makita BO6040 instead. Does it work the same as PC? (in terms of removing swirls, buffer marks etc) I need to get it to remove buffer trails after #83 with Makita rotary (so desperate to remove them). Can it be used with Meg 6" rotary backing plate?
    Thks in advance..

Try to contact the Meguiar's Distributor in Thailand. He should be able to provide you with the Porter Cable G100

Looking at the specs it doesn't look like it will be fast enough as a rotary and it's hard to say as a DA buffer as some have longer strokes than others even though the orbits per minute are the same. Also make sure you can get backing plates for it for the foam pads.
