    I got one as well. I still plan on getting a G-110 very soon but as you say for the price what are you gonna do??

    Anyway I have a question for anyone who owns one and that is what are the RPM ratings for the different speed setting on the dial. It has 6, min, 1-4 and max. I've looked at the machine and at all of the info sent with it and can't find it.

      Actually it has 7 settings min, 1-5 and max.

        Assuming each dial number is mathematically accurate, here ya go:
        Min = 200
        1 = 654
        2 = 1108
        3 = 1561
        4 = 2015
        5 = 2468
        6 = 2922
        Max = 3377
        That's approx 454 RPMS between each dial setting.
        Except with that model, it slows dramatically when ANY pressure is placed on it, so the above is free-spinning speeds.

          I have always though this one to be true:

          Here goes:
          1= 1000
          2= 1400
          3= 1800
          4= 2200
          5= 2600
          6= 3000

          The dial, however, is variable, meaning 1.5= 1200, 2.5= 1600, etc. Hope this helps out a bit
          Due to it slowing down a lot, i always tend to buff on speed 4, then switch to 2-3 for finishing. I don't think it makes much of a difference as we are only talking about 200rpm difference between the two, and I think HeatGain is right. Either way, I still do it the same with buffing on 4, then finishing on 2-3.

            Harbor Freight offers two different rotaries the one I got and one with the three position handle, LCD readout with the 1000-3000 RPM range. I only intend to learn with it and in time step up to a Flex (rotary), Makita or Metabo.

              Wolf,
              You're right.
              I was talking about the Harbor Freight one I got....didn't realize he had the other one.

                Actually you're correct. We have the same one.
