Is the quality of this brand just as good as others such as Dewalt or Makita? I bought a Dewalt last year for $200 and need a second one, just want to make a good purchase...

Yes, Actually Black and Decker/Dewalt bought Porter Cable. Makita has actually gone down in quality over the last few years. They stopped making real tools and started focusing on the home depot crowd.

I purchased one at this price a few months back and it works great. Every bit as solid a piece as the Porter Cable 7424 Dual Action, just in rotary format. There's even a thread here somewhere where we figured out the rpm speed for each number on the dial............................ah yes, here it is!!
