Hello folks,
I’ve been lurking here for some time and I have learned a lot about how to care for the paint on my car (2004 Honda Accord V6 – graphite pearl). Right now my Meguiar’s products of choice include DC paint cleaner + #7 Show car glaze + #27 Hi-tech yellow. Thanks to all who provide assistance to amateur detailers such as me; hopefully I’ll have something helpful to add at some point. Anyway, I have a question for DA polisher users: I just purchased a porter cable sander, model #7336 I think. I have noticed that, as I power it down, the revolutions of the plate become less orbital and more “rotary.” This is just for about the last 4 or 5 seconds or so before it stops moving. Is this normal? Thanks for any input and have a nice day
