PC and me

I just received my PC today and wanted to ask if I'm understanding something right. Am I right when after reading so many of the different post, that if you can apply a product by hand, its safe to apply it with the PC? I know you can't apply clay that way, but what about the other products. I have the X's, Scratch-X and Color-X and I have #83 and I'll top them off with DC polish and NTX Liquid. I thought I'd do a panel each and see what combo I like. Wish me luck, power tools in my hands have been known to be dangerous.

All the products you listed can be appled using the dual action polisher.

I thought ScratchX was only a hand application product

It can work with a PC, Just remember hand products may dry a little faster when used with PC, due to the warmth from friction.

Yep -- that, and ScratchX will act much more agressive by PC than it would by hand. The others will too, but the main change will be they will work in faster, not necessarilly be more agressive.

ScratchX is formulated for use by hand, but it can be applied using a dual action polisher just be mindful that it can become difficult to remove when it becomes warm as this can make it gummy on the paint.

We've actually had a few members use the ScratchX by machine and post their results with pictures and they've had gook luck with this combo, by good luck I mean they've been able to remove the defects and restore the gloss and shine.

Also, some of our member do not have our Professional Line products available to them but they can get ScratchX, so sometimes you have to make do with what you have.

Is there any talk of re-formulating ScratchX to be more PC friendly? Seems many would use it with the PC. I know, easier said than done.
