I notice that most of you guys use Meguiars mirror glaze products such as #83, #80, and #7 with your dual action polishers. My question is can you use Meguiars consumer based products such as the deep crystal paint cleaner, deep crystal polish, deep crystal wax, and NXT with the dual action polisher? Is there significant difference in the way a detailed car looks when using Meguiars professional products vs. consumer products?

Generaly speaking, either can be used. However, the professiona lseries is designed a bit more for use by machine, while the consumer line is meant for use by hand.
If you want the best results with PC. the #80, and #83 if needed are the way to go in my opinion. And #21 makes a great wax it seems.
I assume your questions is based more on availability in your area. You would need to look for a PBE shop in your area, check the listing o nthe Meguairs page. Or order online/over the phone.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

If you do go for the Deep Crystal Line... I have used all three steps in that line and they work great with the PC. I do agree with the others the pro line is going to offer more "tools" and I have seen better results with the pro line in my uses.
I will say I turn back to the Deep Crystal Paint cleaner from time to time, its a very good paint cleaner yet be very gentle.
