(Uncomplete?) G-100 package contents

I just bought my G-100 from meguiarscanada but when i opened the package i didn't find the backing plate nor the polishing pad.

I called customer service in US and they said that it's supposed to be included but then i called customer service in Canada and they said it's not.

Anybody here who bought their DA from meguiars canada did u get a polishing pad and a backing plate??

I'm not sure if this would be the problem, but the G100 is offered in two ways,

G100 - Polisher by itself
G100a - Polisher with Velcro backing plate and W-8006 foam polishing pad

Look at your order form/sales receipt and see what the part number is.
