You can, people use M105 with the cutting disc all the time with good results. I have never tried it but have seen it done.2008 Mazda CX-9 (WIFE'S)

You could use it with UC. I have used it with M105 but only for severe deffects. I have even used them with mothers professional compound. Most of the time I stick to D300. For polish (M205, UP) I stick with a foam polishing pad. Unless you have the new DAMF polish D302 which you can use with the finishing disk.
I have seen posts on here of using the cutting disk with M205 on a rupes. Not sure if the same type of defect removal can be achieved with a DA such as the meguiar's DA or porter cable 7424xp.Comment
