Yes you can use that combo. People usually use M105 with the Softbuff yellow polishing pad with the G110/220v2 on speed 5. The M205 is usually used with the Softbuff black finishing pad on speed 3-4.
Have you tried any other product yet? What's your paint condition like? Have you tried using Ultimate Compound yet? That'll give you a better user experience overall.
dragan, as Marc has indicated you can use M105-205, but tell us a little bit more about the car you'll be using this on and the problems you are experiencing. M105 can be a powerful corrector of defects and maybe you don't need to be using a "sledge hammer" when a "tack hammer" may do. The mantra around here is "least aggressive" method first and use a "test area".
Photos are always helpful too.

You can also use the burgundy cutting pad with M105 but this may cause hazing and micro-marring that's why it's not recommended to be used with the DA. If you experience this, you can use M205 to follow it up with a black foam finishing pad.
I wouldn't
M105 is a very strong cutting compound. Use a maroon pad that is designed for cutting.
yellow ''soft buff pads" are extremely gentle and isn't a cutting pad
Yellow pads are ok for a final polish like M205.
And a black pad is really just for your LSP (last step product) and not for polishing.
I think you can see by your results that this combination isn't working.
^^
