I going to need to run about 100 feet of extension cord on a detail job , my question is what gauge should a cord be so I don't run into any amp shortage and potentially over heat my g110v2.. Thanks for any advice!!!

Straight from the owner's manual for the G110v2:
Total Cord
Length - Gauge
0 - 25' - 18
26 - 50' - 16
51 - 100' - 16
101 - 150' - 14
If you're running a 100' cord it's best to play it safe and go with a 14 gauge extension.Michael Stoops
