I haven't had a chance to try D151 with the Megs MF system yet, anyone try this combo? I know D151 is pad dependent and I like using it with foam, but am thinking I can get better results with MF pads. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this combo and how were the results. thanx

I really like this combo. It has quite a bit of correcting ability and can really finish well on most paints. If the paint is very soft, there may be some slight hazing in which case you would be better off with a foam polishing or finishing pad. For most pains though, D151 and MF cutting pad work great.

So with pretty good paint and a few swirls here & there....D151 with a MF finishing pad would work well?"STRIFE" aka Phil

That's pretty impressive for an AIO..Originally posted by BluelineI own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Even we have to say that's pretty impressive, especially considering you did this with the finishing disc! What's the year, make and model of the test vehicle, Shawn? What sort of tool speed and pressure did you use?Michael Stoops

It was performed at speed 4 with just moderate pressure. Not very much at all. My arm movement was relatively quick; much quicker than defect removal speed but less than just applying an LSP.
And here is the D301 Finishing Wax applied with the cutting disc versus the finishing disc as a comparison...just for sh*ts and giggles.
