  • UC + DA + M yellow pad_ what

    Hey Guy’s,
Newbie here with a question you guys probably already seen on here, but I can’t find anything. I am new to using the DA and in the process I’m getting some kind of smudge’s/build up in spots I’m going over. Is this the norm on a car that’s never been waxed BC once I go over a spot it doesn’t build up again???

Pictures would help! Did you wash? Clay? any clay left on the car?

I'll be working on it tonight, I didn't think of pictures till I posted. I haven't clay'ed its a motor home and that is just too big.

So it's a motor home and not a car..... can we safely assume it has a gel coat finish rather than paint? If so, depending on the age of the rig it could be badly dried out and is pulling a lot of the lubricant out of the UC, causing it to gum up a bit. If you're using too much product and not working it long enough that could cause the issue as well. So, how old is this motor home and how rough is the finish at this point?

          Hey Michael,

Sorry I took so long in getting back. The MH is a 96 and the paint doesnt seem to be in bad shape. Here are some pics I took. I cant seem to upload the pics, but here's the link...
