      The Flex is a nice machine, but I would imagine shipping and customs fees to Australia would make it cost prohibitive.

      Have you ever looked at Rupes? They had their 'Bigfoot' LHR 21E for demo at SEMA in Las Vegas this year and it was very impressive from what I read. It is unfortunately not available in the US...yet.

      They have an Australian distributor that would negate the high costs of importing and international shipping.

        No custom fees for imported good to Australia valued less then $1000, so the only additional cost would be shipping, hopefully not more then $40.

        As for quality, I'm always keen to buy German products ... and you know why.

        BTW Rupes polisher you mentioned cost over $700 here, compared to Flex at $399 ..
