    the backing plate on Meguiars DAv2 what size pads is it for.

    The W68DA backing plate that comes with the g110v2 is designed to be used with the Soft Buff 2.0 7" pads. This backing plate fits directly over the recessed part of the Soft Buff 2.0 pads making pad alignment/centering easier. However, I've had success using it with the original Soft Buff 6.5" pads.
