My First DA, Please Help !!

Hello,

I know there are probably a thousand threads on here asking the same thing, and I have read a few, but I would still like some help and guidance (in easy terms) on the Meguiars DA Polisher.

I am planning on buying this next week. Please can you tell me what pads I need for (A) Removing Swirls with Swirl X or Multi Compound (B) Applying a Black Polish & (C) Applying a Liquid Wax and then buffing off.

Should I use a pad to buff off the wax or just by hand using a microfibre towel?

As a good rule of thumb to start,

Swirl Removal / Polishing = Yellow Polishing Pad

Final Polishing / Wax Application = Black Foam Finishing Pad

The machine is best suited for applying product, so simply use several clean dry Supreme Shine Microfiber Towels by hand for the removal.
