I just received my new da, I ordered pads but I received w9006 (tan) and yellow w8006? I thought I ordered the right ones but I guess not!

After reading here I need to order some w8207(yellow) and w9207 (black).

My question is I see some on line sites as w8207(b) what is with the B, some have B and others dont. I also want some 4 inch pads so what back do I need to order, a s3bp and 4 inch pads?

I am in florida so autogeeks I would have it the next day UPS, any other advise?

I am ready to work now need pads, advise please?

    Thanks,

You actually just recieved the older pads, that arent really washable. They can be washed a little, but gently by hand, still used for the same product in the future. But fine to use.

    Not sure about the 'b'.

For the 4" pads you can use the S3BP from Meguiar's and it comes with several thread adapters.
I've used the S3BP and it works well with the meguiars 4" pads.

Question, I have used the new da and love it, now I want to do my motorcycle and I guess I need the s3bp backing plate, I am a little coincerned about screwing up the paint as I have read that it is faster as it would be a 4" pad verse the bigger one? Any tips or idea, its a Blue 2 tone 99 harley road king, has a few small scratches so I was going to scratch x and polish and wax with nx after.

            Suggestions please and thanks..

The "B" just signifies a packaging difference (individual vs. bulk). The pads are exactly the same.
