Re: Too cold for dual action polisher?
I would tend to agree, its more about the products. When the temp goes up or down, or especially with Humidity, how certain products work or how certain (most) waxes haze and cure can definitly vary in time from what is recommended or what you normally experience.
I recently buffered a hatch and it was raining that evening. The Garage I was working in is dry and well lit but does not have heat so when apply NXT 2.0 it really took a while for it to haze properly.

The sun not only warms up the surface nicely, it also allows me to inspect the surface condition under natural bright light which is a real plus.BobbyG

Only thing I would caution if your going to paint correct outside. I definitly agree when its the colder Spring/Fall type season is that you need to be mindful of how windy it is.
I really noticed this where I live. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac and it sweeps up and with gust of wind we get are crazy. Stuff dries quicker and sometimes grit, dirt, or sand gets carried and you just need to be mindful of that.
