You can probably finish your service perfectly with Ultimate Compound (UC) and the yellow foam finishing pad. You could then follow that up with M205, but that may not even be necessary.

You need to do a test section and inspect your results.

Be advised that we don't recommend using our W7xxx cutting pads with a D/A as they tend to be aggressive enough to haze the paint. If you're using a different brand cutting pad then it may, or may not, be a bit less aggressive. But a cutting pad of any sort coupled with UC might not give you as much clarity to the finish as you like, or want. Some paints respond very well to it, others can be a bit more finicky - but you don't know that until you start working on them.

If a cutting pad/UC gets you LSP ready, then great. If not, then a follow up with something like M205 on a finishing pad (or even polishing pad, again depending on the paint) may be in order.

          Thanks Michael,

I´ve just tryed the UC whit a cutting pad from "Softy" on a hood and it´s much better but there are still some swirls. I´m going to order some pads from Meguiar and maybe the M105 + M205 to see if I got better results.
