G110 died on me as I was finishing up the 4th car ive used it on, had it about a month or so. Its the power cord like ive seen alot of ppl have issues with. Guess all my gallons of product will be doin alot of sitting for a while
Yank it apart and re-wire it. Worst case scenario, is you have to go out and buy a soldering iron. Otherwise, you'll have to pay for return shipping, and be without a machine for 2-3 weeks.
You know, it's kind of funny how I've been using the same PC for over 4 years without any problem whatsoever. Although, someday I will have to replace the brushes, which are available from PC, and it's not that hard to do.

I bought this like a month ago, im not yanking it apart and soldering something together........
Is it a V1 or V2? If you bought it a month ago I'll assume it's a V2. I had my first V1 die after just a couple uses and my replacement (also a V1) is now starting to sound like it's going to die as well after just a couple uses. As others have said, contact Meguiar's and they will make it right.
I've had mine since last October. Fully buffed 5 cars (including an Odyssey) with it and done some spot buffing. No problems yet. I just hope if it decides to go ka-plut, it does so before my 1 year warranty expires.

Got the new g110 the other day. Turn around time was pretty fast, little over 2 weeks (I live in Illinois) and customer service was always helpful when I called, just out $20 for shipping.
