Hello everyone, looking for a few experienced opinions on the above mentioned polishers. I've been contemplating moving up to a rotary for some time now, just haven't pulled the trigger yet! Although I'm quite happy with the results I get from my 7424, would like to learn the rotary as well as have the option of more correction. For a rotary, I'd pretty much settled on the Flex 3403....and then these two more powerful ROB's burst onto the scene! My question is directed at those that have experience using one of these two new ROB's as well as a rotary....does the upgrades to the random orbital machines get you fairly close, in correction speed and capability, to what a rotary would offer? Thank you, Al

The D/A can come close, in many cases, to what a rotary can do. It usually takes a bit longer, but with some of the new chemicals on the market it's amazing what one can accomplish these days with a D/A.

Agreed and with technoloy constanly evolving with new products (pads, polishes, compounds) it's making the DA even more useful than ever. Who knows what the future holds..
