  • G110V2 warranty

    I see alot of different websites are selling the G110V2. My question is if something goes wrong with it who do you call. Them or Meguiars. I know if you buy from Meguiars you can return it to them. And get another one.

    I believe the proper order would be to go to the seller first, and then see what they say. If they don't help, go to Meguiar's Customer Service.

      I have a v2 and I'm dropping it off tomorrow to Meguiars for warranty. That's what I was told to do when I called Meguiars even though I bought it from Auto Detailing Solutions. Something is wrong with my power cord and I have to bend the cord at a certain angle for for the machine to have power. It's only two months old andthis happened after detailing one and a half cars booooo!

        I have the exact same problem. Just started yesterday. Its a month old, and has done work on about 10 cars. I live in the same city as ads is located so im going to see if he can exchange it first. If not then i know Meguiars will have no problem with it.

          +3 mine did the samething over the weekend only had it for 3months did about 10+ cars then the wire thing started happening. Getting my paper work together to drop off at Meg's.

            +4, same problem with mine shutting off and on. And I only used it 5 times in 2 years. It has to be a design flaw for this many people to experience the same problem.

              Funny how nobody from Meguiars is chiming in on this thread! Luckily after mine was replaced I've buffed my car 3 times and not a problem yet.

                Because there are a lot of threads about this... All you have to do is call customer care at 1-800-347-5700 and they'll help you out. No need to bash them about it. They're the best guys in the business.
