    Re: quick question

You'll have to find a detailing shop that carries Meguiar's professional line:

Kind of a bad idea to take on a detailing job without the correct tools. You'll probably have better luck finding a PC.

        Re: quick question

Check in your area who sells Porter-Cable equipment. That would probably be your quickest way of getting a machine by tomorrow.

Go to AutoGeek's warehouse in Stuart, it's about 2 hours away, but they'll have it in stock. Call them and see if you can pay for it over the phone and pick it up when you get there. That's the best solution for you.

            Re: quick question

Do you have any rotary experience? If so try checking out Home Depot or Lowe's as they would probably be your best bet at getting your hands on a DeWalt, Makita, PC....ect. If you can get your hands on one of these then check out a PBE store, they should have the basics as far as pad and backing plate wise. What kind of detail are taking on?

              Re: quick question

If he's just starting, sending him out with a rotary may not be the best idea here.

                Re: quick question

i wouldnt touch the rotary especially on a customers car which is my first detailing job but i checked home depot already and the polishers they sell are not speed adjustable. I checked many places theres no g110v2 but i will see what can i do by hand today and if i make enough money i will order online today. Btw I will upload some pics if i get a chance then we ll see if im good as g110v2 as :-)
