  • Vibration - What is the best way to help with the vibration ?

The G110 is an amazing machine. I've been using my G110v2 for a good while now and i have to say, the vibrations are no where near that of the Porter Cable, The PC is also a good machine, but that thing could rattle your fingers off...I use my g110v2 without the handle, which helps a lot with the vibrations (i dont know why)..i also feel the most comfortable with it as i always tend to keep the pad flat without the handle..

    anyway on the the question...

What have you guys tried to help bring down the amount of vibrations in your fingers ?

I've tried gloves, and i supposed they help, but they were thin mechanic gloves...any suggestions anyone ?

cleaning your pad on the fly is already enough to vibrate your fingers off, so any suggestions for that too, id greatly appreciate

We've done what we can to mitigate the vibrations and that has apparently paid off, according to your observations. But just the nature of coupling a decent amount of power with the oscillating action of a D/A polisher is going to leave you with some level of vibration.

Some people have been known to wear padded gloves - Mechanix has their Impact Glove and many bicycling gloves have gel padding in the palm area (with the added bonus of open fingers) so one of those may be a solution for you. Otherwise, there really isn't much you can do about the vibrations.

Mike, i know i cant run from the vibrations 100 % !, but im trying

i am going to try those padded gloves or the bicycle ones, they sound much nicer for me..

but as you said, and i do 100% agree, you guys really have brought the vibrations down by SOOO much, and its awesome.

ill give the gloves a try !

      thanks again

        1. Put DA in a box.
        2. Secure box with tape and packing materials.
        3. Drive to post office.
        4. Mail to me (check your PM for my address).

You will have cured yourself of all vibrations.
