Re: Still waiting for my g110 (almost 2mo's)
During the summer my G110 died on me after using it about five times. I sent it to Meguiar's and got it in about three weeks. You should give them a call to see what happened with your G110.
My G110 died for the second time a while back and i decided to fix it my self instead of sending it again. It seems like there was some carbon buildup on the rotor where the carbon brushes make contact. I also noticed that one of the springs that pushes the carbon brush down was loose.

Re: Still waiting for my g110 (almost 2mo's)
Thanks for your patience guys. The good news is you will love this new machine!
Short answer: The short answer is we could not ship machines we did not have in stock. Everyone who has an order in place for a buffer will see their machine shipped very soon if they have not already shipped.
Long answer: ziggo99 is correct. When the decision to produce the newer model G110v2 was made months ago the logical move was to no longer have 2 different machines. This meant that we would exhaust our current supply of G110's, which happened to take place in October, and then move forward with only the new G110v2 to make a clean transition. There is really no way around the pragmatics of doing it this way. However, these things can rarely be timed perfectly especially considering this machine had some significant changes that really affected the manufacturing time. That combined with shipping times and other factors meant a back order situation in November and December.
The new machines finally started trickling in to our main distribution center in Memphis mid December. They were then shipped to our 3rd party shipper in Connecticut in late December. With the company wide back order situation, transit times, and the Holidays the new machines did not arrive to our partner in Connecticut until this week. So again, everyone who has an order in place for a buffer will see their machine shipped very soon if they have not already shipped.Brian Hann
