    Re: G220 G110 Difference

G110 is the US Version, G220 is the UK and other areas version... Different Power Plug/Requirements... So don't get the G220

The best option right now is The Meguiar's G110 or the new Porter Cable XP model. Both are basically the same.

The G110 has more power than the PC7424. Noticeable difference too.

I don't think you would be able to get a G220 in the states. So you would have been okay there.

            Re: G220 G110 Difference

The G110 is definitely more powerful than the PC7424. The difference in power could determine whether you could remove wetsanding marks with one pass or not.

Now that I am addicted to wetsanding, I regretted not getting the Flex, which has more power than my PC7424XP. With my old PC7424, there was no way I could remove wetsanding marks with just one pass. But now, with the newer XP, I could remove 90% of the 2500grit wetsanding marks with only one pass.

The Flex XC3401 is the Ferrari F430 of the Dual Action Buffers. It is a safe, high performance, and economical piece of engineering.

That means it breaks down a lot! Just Kiddin'!

Is it dual action only or can it be locked. It does look like a nice machine.A bit more pricey than the G110 and PC,if i remember.

(Invisible,if you like doing a lot of sanding, maybe you would be better off investing in a rotary. Not really a great deal more expensive than the flex DA).
